We’re excited to announce a brand-new way for players to acquire the latest cards: Hero Packs! These packs give everyone the chance to obtain new cards using Plasma, with the first pack featuring Lemartes launching this Friday, October 11, 2024. Hero Packs will be available one week after each new Legendary card release.
Hero Packs are themed around the new Legendary cards and contain a total of 50 possible cards, including 7 brand-new ones and cards not yet in the general pool. Here’s the breakdown of what each Hero Pack contains:
- 5 Legendary cards (1 new)
- 10 Epic cards (1 new)
- 15 Rare cards (2 new)
- 20 Common cards (3 new)
The drop rates follow our standard format, so while no specific card is guaranteed, there’s always a strong chance you’ll walk away with something new. Importantly, Wild Cards won’t be included in these packs, so you won’t risk converting any of your new cards into Wild Cards!
Hero Packs be available in two sizes:
Large Pack: 100 cards – 2,000 Plasma.
Small Pack: 20 cards – 500 Plasma
The Small Pack is priced to ensure that every player has a chance to get a new card, while the Large Pack offers five small packs for the price of four for those looking to maximize their collection.
Our goal with Hero Packs is to make cards more accessible for everyone—from new players to long-time fans. Whether you’re trying to get the latest legendary cards, build up your collection faster, or just want to stay up to date with new releases, Hero Packs are here to help all players get more out of the game and enjoy building their decks.
As well as the guaranteed copies of the new Legendary being available the week before, a separate offer will be available to get guaranteed copies of the new Epic available alongside the Hero Packs. This is to ensure that players still have targeted access to the rarest cards, and means no-one has to rely on chance if they prefer not to.
Since this is a new format, we’re aware that adjustments might be needed. However, we’re committed to continuously finding ways to make cards more accessible and levelling easier for all players. We hope Hero Packs are able to provide this and become a permanent feature going forward.

This is still too expensive, but at least your trying. 500 plasma to unlock a card sucks. I know you get more but less cost, repeatable, makes you more money. You just think the info says otherwise.
