We are thrilled to introduce a brand-new and highly requested feature: Wild Cards! This exciting addition marks a significant update, perfect for celebrating our 5th Anniversary festivities!

Summary:

Going forward, every random card will have a chance to become a Wild Card! These Wild Cards can be used to generate additional copies of your favourite cards, giving players more control over their collections and allowing for quicker, targeted building of key cards. Guaranteed Wild Cards will also be available in Rewards and the Shop, enhancing the game’s value across all aspects.

How to Acquire Wild Cards:

Any pack you open (from any source) that contains random card copies has a chance to include Wild Cards. This applies to everything from humble Victory Chests to the largest Battalion Packs. The chance of obtaining a Wild Card increases with your Rank. As you rank up, you’ll have better chances to gain Wild Cards, making Ranking Up more rewarding than ever before. Honour Rank players can therefore expect the best odds on day one!

Types of Wild Cards:

There are two main types of Wild Cards: Rarity Wild Cards and Faction Wild Cards.

• Faction Wild Cards are more common and have both a Faction and a Rarity. For example, you might get a Rare Necron Wild Card or a Legendary Space Marine Wild Card. These convert into cards matching their description.
• Rarity Wild Cards are rarer and more valuable, as they only have a Rarity and can be used for any card of that Rarity, regardless of Faction.

Any randomly drawn card can become a Wild Card. A random card that becomes a Wild Card will match its original Rarity and Faction (for example, a pack containing only Space Marine cards will only give Space Marine or Rarity Wild Cards), ensuring players have greater control over their card leveling and acquisition.

How to Use Wild Cards:

Wild Cards can be managed in two new places on the Collection Screen:

1. Full Card View: A new button allows you to apply Wild Cards directly to your chosen card.
2. Wild Card Inventory: Accessed through a button at the top right of the Collection Screen, this new screen lets you view all your Wild Cards, sort and filter applicable cards, and convert Wild Cards directly.

When using Wild Cards, you can either convert all your Wild Cards into the selected card or, if you have more than required for the next Level, convert as many as needed to reach that Level. Once ready, you can level up the card as usual.

Wild Card Limits:

There is a maximum number of Wild Cards that can be held, and this number increases as you Rank Up at key milestones (Ranks 10, 20, 40, and 60).

Starting Limits at Level 1:

• Faction Wild Cards (per Faction; x9): 50 Common, 15 Rare, 10 Epic, 3 Legendary
• Rarity Wild Cards: 10 Common, 5 Rare, 5 Epic, 1 Legendary

Maximum Limits at Level 60:

• Faction Wild Cards (per Faction; x9): 750 Common, 190 Rare, 175 Epic, 40 Legendary
• Rarity Wild Cards: 150 Common, 40 Rare, 35 Epic, 10 Legendary

At Level 60, players can hold over 10,000 Wild Cards across all Factions and Rarities! If you reach the cap, you’ll need to spend Wild Cards to earn more. However, if Wild Cards come from purchases (including the Battlepass), you can exceed the cap, ensuring you always get full value from every purchase.

When to Get Wild Cards:

The anniversary kicks off on Monday, August 5th, with Wild Cards available from Day 1! Additionally, we will be giving away 5x rewards in Victory Chests and increased rewards across the game, providing even more ways to start collecting Wild Cards and boosting your favourite cards!
