As usual, with the end of a season comes a balance change, and while recent balance passes have focused on Bodyguards and Traits (both overall distribution and their effects), this season we are mainly focusing on Warlords.
So to start with we have three changes to Warlord special rules, the first of which is a much requested and hopefully very exciting one:
Special Rule Changes:
Ahriman – Arch-Sorcerer of the Thousand Sons: Bolt of Change
Previous rule: “When this Warlord attacks, a random card gains or loses between +20 and -20 Wounds.”
New rule: “At the start of each players’ turn, either one of your cards gain +1 or +20 Wounds or one enemy card loses -1 or -20 Wounds.”
Eldrad Ulthran – Exiled High Farseer of Craftworld Ulthwe: Skeins of Fate
Previous Rule: “When an enemy card Readies, one of your Aeldari cards Readies once. These Readies do not generate additional Readies”
New Rule: “When an enemy card Readies, one of your Aeldari cards Readies once at 200%. These Readies do not generate additional Readies”
Grand Master Voldus – Grey Knights Grand Master: Psychic Discipline
Deployment buff: +15% to +20%

Finally we have the usual list of bodyguard changes, although slightly shorter than usual given the Warlord focus this time round.

Cost Change: 20 -> 18 (Down 2)

Please consider buffing the basic stats for Tolmeron. Ever since his special rule was nerfed, he has been facing enemy warlords more often. Given his paltry wounds and attack stats, he is very vulnerable…
I was thinking the other day wouldn’t it be cool if the medicae trait removed poison effect as well as heal. Loving the changes so far guys keep up the good work Dx

I really enjoy this game. I would suggest to enable somehow to selling for coins our unwanted cards. Higher level cards for more coins. Also being back the possibilty to buy cards in daily basis from a limited selection.

Tutto molto bello, ma ancora non abbastanza bilanciato. Alcune abilità delle carte sono poco sensate. Non si potrebbe per esempio fare in modo che le carte abbiano più di un abilità? O magari, 1 sola abilità, che però è un misto tra altre 2?
What are we supposed to do with this excess of points we have from objectives? They have no purpose once our level is maxed out. I think we should be able to trade them in for cards of our choice or what ever exchange rate we come up with.
I think the Tau’s creature allies like the kroot should get a major increase in their Mele since they are so prominent at the role in the games. I mean it’s be one way to make carnivores more vicious

I still say that Ork vehicles shooting is too powerful for their cheap point cost, and Captain badrukk is too cheap for what his trait allows……..
Ork shooting is not that powerful or effective on the table top.
Like the new changes and the fact that there r new mettas all the time. Makes me try out new combinations. All in all good game. Fun time killer.

I like the changes to the warlords, every time it’s been done it’s improved gameplay. I would love to see more Crimson Fist/Imperial Fist cards, if anyone is looking. I would pay for that.
