This Warhammer Day, we’re celebrating the incredible artwork of the Warhammer universe with something a little different in Warhammer Combat Cards!
From 29th October to 6th November, selected cards across the game will feature official Games Workshop illustrations, temporarily replacing their usual miniature photography.
From spectacular Space Marines to terrifying Tyranids, this limited-time celebration brings some of Warhammer’s most iconic characters to life in a whole new way!
Same Cards, New Look!
While these cards might look a little different, their gameplay remains exactly the same. Stats, Traits and abilities are completely unchanged, it’s the characters you know, just with a fresh appearance!
You’ll be able to discover the illustrated cards throughout the game, including in your Collection, Deck Building and Battles.

With illustrations appearing across a selection of cards, we encourage you to explore your Collection and see how many you can find!
We’ll also be celebrating across our community channels, so keep an eye out for some fun challenges and opportunities to share your favourites.
The illustrated artwork will only be in-game until 6th November, after which the cards will return to their usual miniature appearances.
